1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 99ad platform (99ad.win) and all related services. 99ad is an online gaming platform operating under an international license.

By registering an account, logging in, playing games, or using any service on 99ad, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

99ad reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both Bangla and English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on 99ad. Providing a false name, date of birth, address, or contact details may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. 99ad will not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from account sharing.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we may request a copy of your national ID or passport. This verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

• A valid and active mobile number is required at the time of registration.
• Full access to our services will not be available until your email address has been verified.
• To update your account information, please contact our support team.
• Opening an account for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on 99ad. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. Providing a false date of birth during registration is not permitted.

If verification reveals that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be refunded — however, no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

99ad is only available to residents in regions where online gaming is legal. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of the country or region where you reside. A list of restricted countries and regions is available on our website.

• Providing an accurate date of birth at registration is mandatory.
• Government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification.
• Parents and guardians are urged to be vigilant in preventing minors from accessing gaming platforms.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Only valid payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals on 99ad. Using a payment method not registered in your own name is strictly prohibited.

Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Processing may take slightly longer on weekends and public holidays. 99ad reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Payment gateway fees (if any) may be borne by the user.
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for verification.
• We strictly adhere to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies to prevent financial crime.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit and are not sent to third parties.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers on 99ad are subject to specific wagering requirements. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Typically, bonuses must be wagered 30 to 40 times before a withdrawal can be made.

If bonus abuse is suspected — such as multiple accounts from the same IP or coordinated betting patterns — 99ad reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate the account.

• Each promotion has its own validity period and terms.
• Not all games may be eligible for bonus funds — the applicable game list is specified in the offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the terms.
• 99ad reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules & How to Play

All games on 99ad are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which are regularly audited by independent third-party firms. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated.

Each game has its own rules, which are available once the game loads. It is your responsibility to read and understand those rules before playing. 99ad is not liable for any losses resulting from playing a game without knowledge of its rules.

If a technical error causes a game to produce an abnormal result, 99ad reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Any claims for unusual winnings will be paid out only after verification by 99ad.

• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Official scores and results apply for Sports Betting.
• If a game is disconnected due to internet failure, it will be settled according to system logs.
• Demo mode is free to play; any winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity and fair gaming environment of 99ad. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Bonus Abuse: Placing strategic bets with the intent of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Fraudulent Activity: Hacking, use of bots, or software-assisted play.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Third-Party Use: Playing on another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Abuse: Disrespectful behavior toward support staff or other players.
• Chargebacks: Filing a false chargeback with your payment provider after a deposit has been made.

If any prohibited activity is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended until the investigation is complete. Further action will be taken based on the outcome of the investigation.

8 Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Bonus balances will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.

99ad reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Court orders or legal obligations.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 may be deducted from inactive accounts, provided the balance does not reach zero. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be marked as inactive.

9 Responsible Gaming

99ad believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. If you feel gaming is negatively affecting your daily life, relationships, or finances, please seek help.

99ad offers the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you wager per session.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Taking a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: Regular reminders about your gaming time and spending.

10 Right to Modify & Dispute Resolution

99ad reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, gaming rules, fee structure, or any aspect of its services at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide at least 7 days' notice.

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, an appeal may be made to an independent third party.

These terms are governed by international gaming law. Any legal disputes will be resolved through arbitration. All claims must be submitted within 6 months of the date of the incident.
